ProVigil AI is a cloud hosted platform. Your data is stored in secure US based cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).

  • Your data is never used to train public AI models
  • Administrative access is limited and governed by internal controls
  • Data placement and redundancy are managed by enterprise grade cloud infrastructure

For customers using optional ProVigil Vault hardware, documents and knowledge base data may also be stored locally on the device for offline backup purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform (see Subprocessors below)
  • Legal authorities when required by law
  • Business partners with your consent
