Who is behind Proactive Vigilance AI?
Josh Williams leads the practice. He has served in ministry, in the military, and in federal public service. He is a husband and father of six. More on the About page.
Is this just an AI software company?
No. This is the home of a practitioner who publishes regularly and takes on protection work. AI Employees is one offering for small businesses. The practice also covers smart home security, cybersecurity assessments and training, consulting, home network audits, family AI risk reviews, and contractor tech packages.
What is The Vigil?
The content arm: daily or every-other-day video logs, podcast-length conversations, and interviews with local and prominent guests. Topics include practical smart home security, AI risk, remote access, and more advanced cybersecurity.
How do I watch the latest update?
Open Insights on this site. When a YouTube episode is live it embeds there. You can also write info@provigilai.com and ask to be notified.
Do you work with families, or only businesses?
Both. Smart home security, home network audits, and family AI risk assessments are built for households. AI Employees, assessments, contractor packages, and consulting serve businesses and ministries. Many clients need the overlap: a home that is also an office.
What do AI Employees actually do?
Each AI employee has a role. The Office Manager helps read and organize documents. Specialists on Complete watch compliance, finance, contracts, operations, HR, and research. Scheduled briefing and overnight processing availability must be confirmed during onboarding.
How is Spark different from Core?
Spark ($99/mo) is the entry tier: one user, manual document uploads, and AI chat with cited answers. Core ($497/mo per location) is designed for team access and connected workflows. Confirm current integration and scheduled briefing availability during onboarding.
What is the difference between Core and Complete?
Core hires an AI Office Manager for document intelligence, daily briefings, and Q&A. Complete adds the specialist team: Compliance Officer, Comptroller, Contract Analyst, Operations Manager, HR Advisor, and Research Analyst.
Can I add just one employee without upgrading?
Yes. You can unlock any individual AI employee for $199/month on top of Core. If you want three or more, Complete is the better value: all six specialists for less than three add-ons.
Is my data safe?
Yes. US-based Google Cloud infrastructure for the software product, encrypted in transit and at rest, fully insured. We do not sell or share your data. The practice is built by someone whose background is cybersecurity, not marketing.
Do I have to buy hardware?
No. AI Employees is fully cloud based. Vault hardware is no longer offered.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry comprehensive commercial liability and cyber insurance.
