Cloud Accessibility. On-Premise Control.
The convenience of cloud and on-prem options, aligned to your data-handling preferences.
MODS Advisory delivers AI hardware as a service. Choose a device deployment for local operations, or a cloud-hosted option for faster rollout. Configuration and handling differ by tier.

Two Ways to Get Started
Get a MODS device for local control, or choose cloud-hosted for quick setup.
Federated
MODS Device
Hardware at your location with local AI processing. Optionally enable external LLMs by adding your own API keys. Cloud portal for authentication and remote access.
- On-premise device included
- Local AI processing by default
- Optional external LLMs
- Cloud portal for remote access
- Data stored on your device
Velocity
Cloud Hosted
For teams comfortable with cloud-hosted storage. No hardware required. Setup is typically faster than device-based deployments.
- No hardware required
- Quick setup
- Managed platform operations
- Cloud-hosted data storage

Common Questions
Where is my data stored?
In Federated deployments, primary document storage is typically on the MODS device. In Velocity deployments, data is hosted in cloud infrastructure, with location and replication behavior dependent on provider operations and configuration.
What about external AI providers?
Federated can optionally use external LLM providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini) with your own API keys. If enabled, query content is sent to those providers under their terms. If disabled, primary AI processing remains local to the device.
Can I work offline?
With Federated, the device works on your local network. Internet is needed for portal authentication and external LLMs (if enabled), but local AI processing works on your LAN.
What's the difference between Federated and Velocity?
Federated gives you a physical device at your location with local AI processing. Velocity is fully cloud-hosted with no hardware - for teams who prefer that setup.
