Josh founded ProVigil AI in 2025 to bring federal-grade AI engineering to small business owners. As a former Government AI Lead, he developed and deployed AI systems for federal agencies — work that shaped every architectural decision in ProVigil: security-first infrastructure, principled data handling, and operational discipline.
He started ProVigil after watching small business owners do the work of five or six people, waiting for a tool that would just handle it rather than become another thing to learn.
